Legacy Farms
Legacy Farms is a 501c3 dedicated to providing long term residential care and agriculturally based job skills to adults with autism and other developmental challenges. It began in 2011 when a small group of teachers, parents and professionals realized that after years of education, there was a huge lack of post-secondary opportunity for their students. All those years dedicated to providing them with the best education possible was lost.Thus the idea of Legacy farms was born.

HealthWorks for Northern Virginia
HealthWorks for Northern Virginia is a Community Health Center whose goal is to provide comprehensive, quality primary health care as well as dental care and behavioral health services, at an affordable price for all members of the community. We accept all major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. We also have a Sliding Fee Program for our low income patients who quality. We offer a discount on our normal fees based on your household income and size.

Special Olympics
Hello and Welcome to Area 26 Special Olympics of Virginia. We are a large and active community of volunteers and Special Olympics athletes who are thrilled to train and compete in an array of sports programs. Area 26 supports over 1600 Athletes in Northern Virginia, including Fairfax and Arlington County, and Alexandria. We support 20+ different sports, including getting fields/gyms/referees, organizing competitions, and sending teams to States and National competitions. We need your support!

Building Bridges Charlottesville
The Brain Injury Association of America estimates 5.3 million Americans live with disabilities resulting from brain injuries, about 250,000 in Virginia, and 5,455 adults in the Thomas Jefferson Health district. In the Building Bridges program, the primary purpose and activities are the fostering of a family-like setting for daily life wherein brain-injured adults can live to the greatest degree possible as independent members of the general community.

The Quality of Life Plus Program
The QL+ Mission is to foster and generate innovations to aid and improve the quality of life for those injured in the line of duty. Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing Center
Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing Center is very passionate about the children and adults we serve. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strives to complete our mission “to improve the quality of life for people of all ages by helping them reach their greatest communication potential”. We provide speech therapy, audiology services and hearing devices, supplies, and pediatric occupational therapy services.

In Your Corner
. In Your Corner, is a project of United Charitable Programs and a fall prevention program for seniors. A supportive team like Kate's is unique. As we age living independent is important. In Your Corner provides grants to qualified low income individuals to reduce the financial impact by modifying areas of the home that could cause injury.

Jobs Unlimited, Inc.
The mission of Jobs Unlimited is to employ people with serious mental illnesses. Our vision is that by providing employment at minimum wage or better, we enable people disabled by serious mental illnesses to live independently and with dignity. Currently our only project is employing our clients in our organization-run thrift store, though other projects are in the works. We also have a partnership with a nearby community college which allows our clients to take classes at no cost.

The Wounded Blue Organization
The Wounded Blue Mission is to improve the lives of injured and disabled Law Enforcement Officers through Support, Education, Assistance and Legislation.
